Hi,

I am

Pranjalee.

And what I’ve seen, again and again, working inside startups and small companies is this: growth stalls not because founders don’t believe in marketing, but because they know how hard it is to set up a marketing function that actually runs on its own and delivers results. So marketing keeps getting pushed aside.

I offer done-for-you fractional CMO services so you can stay focused on building the business, while I set the strategy, build the marketing engine, and run execution through a trusted mix of freelancers, agencies, or your existing junior team.

I have over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing and a formal degree in MBA (Marketing), though my true expertise comes from working with amazing founders like YOU.

In my 2.5 years consulting journey, I have already transformed marketing for 20+ businesses, and I can’t wait for you to be my next success story.

Paying it forward

My deeply fulfilling marketing journey is a culmination of great people, great advice, and great learning. In honor of these amazing souls and rich experiences, I have made it my duty to pay it forward. You will find me openly sharing my know-how on LinkedIn, at community events, and marketing conferences.

What’s in the name

Everything!

I called the company PranjaleeLahri.com not because I was feeling creatively uninspired. But because..

…I hated my name growing up!

As I have grown older and gotten wiser (I hope!), I want to embrace all parts of me that I have rejected/ unloved unconsciously. Calling my company by my own name is a part of that agenda.

For the branding expert in you, the logo embodies what PranjaleeLahri.com stands for Simplicity, Sophistication, and Authenticity in positioning & messaging.

Why work with me?

Deep experience
in B2B

Experience of working with Founders

Love for art and science

Total ownership & integrity

Betcha, you didn’t know...

I am an Engineer
by qualification

And an Electronics and Telecommunications (EnTC) graduate with a distinction at that! In complete candor, Engineering was the outcome of a pact I had with my parents that if I did what ‘they’ wanted me to do (Engineering), I could choose my own path.

I stumbled into
Marketing

In my break year leading to MBA entrance exam, I stumbled upon a walk-in interview advert for the role of a Jr. Copywriter at a small boutique ad agency. Though I had no prior qualification to be there let alone make the cut, I went to the interview nonetheless and got selected after a short writing assignment.

I am a proud
mother to a 12-yo

I identity myself as a lifelong learner and some of my biggest learnings have come from bringing up my boy. He’s 12 now (going-on-18, as I always kid), and watching him come into his own is my proudest achievement till date.

I love geeking out

I geek out on neuroscience, am deeply amazed by the human body, quantum physics, metaphysics, epigenetics, and concepts that await mainstream adoption.
