And hence, employer branding was made
the hero of the story

AltiusHub (AH) is a provider of cloud-based serialization track and trace, and warehouse management software solutions for the pharma and life sciences industry.

After incorporating the company in July 2023, the founders immediately got down with product development. As the platform took shape, it became imperative to build out key areas of the business – including but not limited to Engineering and Business. But for a company this young and in the pre-revenue stage (then), getting good talent wasn’t easy. In the crowded startup space, potential candidates were looking for something tangible to hold on to as they made up their minds about a “new” brand.

The solution was building a website that established credibility for new employees.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Pranjalee in building our company website, during which I have been impressed with her work ethic, creativity, and attention to detail. Pranjalee made efforts to understand our business thoroughly. She came up with engaging and informative content that resonated with our target audience. Pranjalee also used her expertise in design principles to guide our designers in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly website.”

The website is built with a clear objective of
‘attracting talent’

After we identified ‘talent acquisition’ as the website’s key objective, next was researching the factors employees were looking for from its potential employer – especially in the startup space.

We zeroed down on the below areas:

Impact & meaningful work

Company culture & values

Leadership & transparency

This was brought to life by focusing on employer branding through dedicated pages like ‘About AltiusHub’ and ‘Careers’.

The copy is simple but aspirational

We wanted to honor the traditional roots of the Pharma industry, but also cater to the GenZ audience (potential and current employees of AH). So, the copy is written in simple English with a dash of industry jargon for relevance and a nod to SEO as well.

The focus is on quality, limited pages

Detailed analysis was done to identify what mattered the most to two key audience cohorts – potential employees and potential customers. This was then distilled into a handful of pages, each doing complete justice to that persona’s requirements and objections.

The design language is intentional

We wanted to ground this aspiration in the
industry and personas we served.

You will see a lot of whites (with tinge of blue – aligned to Pharma and the brand logo) with a clean and open layout.

Since AltiusHub has a SaaS platform for managing visibility across the supply chain, you will see connected lines denoting the supply chain in multiple areas.

The dynamic infographics too play a key role in demonstrating the software in a rather opaque industry
